After evaluating the current state of your proposal process, SPC consultants work with your organization to design the optimum proposal structure and contents — a customer-focused sales proposal.

An SPC consultant creates a Microsoft Word proposal model and template and loads it into Sales Document Builder. Next the consultant decides which sections of the proposal are constant (always in every proposal) and which are variable. The consultant creates custom proposal (input) screens for each of the variable sections.

After the model and custom proposal screens are created, the company’s sales professional can easily create custom proposals by entering customer-centric information for their unique opportunities. After completing the custom proposal screens, sales professionals simply click an icon and Sales Document Builder generates a perfectly formatted Microsoft Word document.
